We may, at our discretion, change or cancel an order to protect customers and ensure fair access to products. This may occur when orders appear duplicative across the same account, card, billing and/or shipping address; when quantities are unusual; when payment cannot be verified; or when fraud prevention rules trigger a review. Where a change or cancellation is made, we will attempt to contact you using the email address and/or phone number provided at checkout.

If payment was captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. If your bank placed an authorization hold, the hold will be released according to your bank’s timelines. Processing times vary by issuer.
